Aim: provide a structured overview of accomplishment goal criteria across reviewed frameworks. Method: Systematic Literature Review (SLR) following PRISMA guidelines. Searches conducted in Design Society, Scopus, IEEE Xplore, and INCOSE databases. 1,149 records identified, 34 included after screening. Dataset description: Table summarizing 34 frameworks, evaluated across goal-related criteria, methodological basis, application context, and validation.
