Abstract
This data repository provides experimental datasets for biopolymer-based hydrogel particles under uniaxial compression, including monotonic and cyclic loading as well as stress-relaxation tests across multiple compression rates.
It also includes the corresponding tetrapod-based discrete element method (DEM) simulations, along with simulation outputs and calibrated parameters, enabling direct experiment–simulation comparison.
This upload contains all information required to reproduce the experimental analysis and DEM simulations reported in the related paper (DOI: ???). The accompanying README describes the file structure and documents the research context, methods, and measured variables in detail.
