Das Kundengespräch ist insbesondere in kaufmännischen und handwerklichen Berufen ein zentraler Bestandteil beruflichen Handelns und erfordert neben fachlicher Expertise ausgeprägte kommunikative Kompetenzen. Als Ausbildungs- und Unterrichtsverfahren ermöglicht es Lernenden, Beratungs- und Verkaufsgespräche praxisnah zu erproben, Kundenbedürfnisse zu erfassen, fachliche Inhalte adressatengerecht zu vermitteln und auf Einwände angemessen zu reagieren. Durch die Simulation beruflicher Gesprächssituationen werden zugleich Selbstbewusstsein, Kundenorientierung und kommunikative Handlungskompetenz gefördert.
Customer consultation is a central element of professional practice, particularly in commercial and skilled-trade occupations, and requires both subject-specific expertise and strong communication skills. As a method in vocational education and training, it enables learners to practise consultation and sales situations, identify customer needs, communicate technical information appropriately, and respond effectively to objections. Simulating authentic customer interactions also supports the development of confidence, customer orientation, and communicative competence.
