Lean Production Methods are widely-accepted in industry. Some companies though, criticize the cost-benefit-ratio of these methods. Given this background the question is: how can you estimate the cost of Lean Methods and their application? This article describes how companies can systematically assess and reduce the cost of Lean Methods.
