There are currently no established methods for the repair of concrete structures under water without draining of water or casing of the concrete part.
This thesis creates the basis for the repair of concrete under water without casing of the structure. New mortars were developed, that are applicable under water, and techniques for their application were tested. Successful joint compounds of mortar with concrete surfaces under water resulted from this process.
