Despite highly differentiated occupational profiles, in construction work even very complex and specific tasks are often performed by different trades. It remains unclear to what extent the respective workers are qualified for them. This case study examines the issue and aims to systematically analyze the alignment between occupations and work tasks to better harmonize them, e.g. in curriculum development.
