The digital change confronts companies with major challenges. Describing these complex challenges while using the right terms and concepts is usually very difficult. The method “from nowland to nextland” presented in this paper helps the actors of the transformation to design the structural change in a simplified manner by using pictures and symbols to show possible ways of transformation.
