In this thesis a system called Building-Linked, Expeditious Services System (BLESS) is developed. It offers building-linked services which are usable without installation via an app store. As soon as a user enters a BLESS-equipped building, all usable services are automatically detected and presented. Services are filtered both by location of the user as well as his/her identity. A prototype of BLESS was implemented. Results of the field test are presented. They are further used to evaluate the system and to show potential for improvement.
