To convey assembly information to workers in one-of-a-kind production in a faster and more tangible way, an application for information gathering was developed. A step-by-step presentation of assembly information as well as integrated tools like automatically generated dimensioning accelerate the handling of the application. An evaluation in the ship assembly proves the potential of the solution.
