Der Beitrag beleuchtet handlungsbezogene Fehler im Bauwesen als zentrale, bislang vernachlässigte Ursache von Bauschäden. Aus transdisziplinärer Perspektive werden arbeitspsychologische und berufswissenschaftliche Ansätze zusammengeführt, um Fehler nicht nur zu identifizieren, sondern insbesondere als Lernanlässe zu diskutieren. Ziel ist es, eine reflektierte Auseinandersetzung mit den Folgen beruflichen Handelns zu fördern und dadurch Impulse für ein verantwortungsbewusstes Lernen aus Fehlern in der Baupraxis zu geben.
This article examines action-related errors in the construction sector as a central yet largely overlooked cause of structural defects. Adopting a transdisciplinary perspective, it brings together insights from occupational psychology and vocational education research to not only identify errors but, more importantly, to discuss them as opportunities for learning. The aim is to foster reflective engagement with the consequences of professional action and thereby provide impulses for responsible learning from errors in construction practice.
