A real technical challenge is the simultaneous range and velocity measurement even in multiple target situations. This requirement reflects especially the waveform design technique. New Frequency Modulated Continuous Wave (FMCW) signals are designed which fulfil the requirements. These signals are based on an intertwined technique in which two or multiple modulation schemes are combined inside a single waveform.en
