Sorokiniana, and theextracted total amount of pigments was from 5.0 to 35.4 mg from 1 g of dry biomass.Carotenoid content in the examined biomass samples varied from 0.2 (chemicalcoagulation, MgSO4, 5 g/l) up to 6.5 mg/g of biomass (autoflocculation, =11). Itwas established that usage of chemical coagulants for concentrating cell suspensionthe microalgae reduces pigment content in the obtained biomass and pigment outputto extracts.||URI:||http://hdl.handle.net/11420/2823||ISSN:||0976-6308||Institute:||Umwelttechnik und Energiewirtschaft V-9||Type:||(wissenschaftlicher) Artikel|
