The publication form is divided into 7 blocks.

  • Basic information: Title, author(s), date and publication type
  • Values for theses: Type, main referee, reviewer, date of oral examination, supervising institute
  • Content: Language, abstract, keywords
  • Bibliographic data: DOI, Journal, Scopus ID, Web of Science ID, PubMed ID, arXiv ID, ISSN, ISBN, Volume, Issue, Start Page , End Page, Article Number, Publisher, Conference, Series, Citation
  • Links to other publications
  • Project information: Funded projects, Funding Organizations, More Funding information

Basic information

  • The information title, author, publication date and publication type must be provided.
  • Optional are More titles, More contributing persons or institutions.

Special characters

To display publications with special characters in the title and abstract, please copy these from a suitable template page.

Values for theses

The type, main supervisor, reviewers, date of oral examination and supervising institute are only entered for theses.

Project information

If the publication is the result of a research project, these fields can be filled in:

  • Funded projects - direct linking of projects that are stored in TORE.
  • Funding organizations
  • More Funding information

As a rule, a link to one or more projects is sufficient. The fields Funding Organizations and More Funding information should only be used if a link to TU projects is not possible. External projects of publication partners that did not originate at the TU do not need to be entered.
