The improvement of rudder-bulb-fin system is discussed in detail in this paper. The cambered foil that is used in this research is a cambered 4-digit airfoil as a design of the National Advisory Committee for Aeronautics. The mean camber line and thickness have been adjusted and simulated using CFDship-Iowa code to be able to find out the optimal energy-saving devices. The angle of attack is also combined through obtaining its benefit from previous designs. The total resistance by these designs could be reduced a significant percentage amount and improved the propulsive efficiency in comparison with previous designs.enhttp://rightsstatements.org/vocab/InC/1.0/Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD)Ship resistanceTechnikIngenieurwissenschaftenThe CFD study of rudder-bulb-fin system in changing cambered foil and AOA applied to KVLCC2 tankerConference Paper10.15480/882.333710.15480/882.3337Fluiddynamik und Schiffstheorie M-8Other
