In children orthopedics monitoring, the knowledge of the bone quality can not only help to understand how bone fractures occurred, but also to guide the physiotherapy follow-up. The aim of that review is first to describe the bone growth, and second, to underline elements for physiotherapy follow-up. This review is based on publications about bone growth and on children clinical studies with four criteria: mineralization, geometry, skeletal development and modeling of bone.
