The concept is based on combining information from different data sources and deriving status information for both the machine and the worker. For this purpose, a web application was developed that allows the analysis to be configured for each use case. The core of the analysis is the recording of defined events by suitable sensors, existing information sources (e. g. machine data collection) and a web app. Within the application, the analysis data is auto-matically processed and visualized. The waiting times per machine and worker are highlighted. In addition, the composition of the waiting times is evaluated. The modular structure and the use of low-cost technologies enable an efficient and economical analysis of machine workplaces.de2511-0896Zeitschrift für Wirtschaftlichen Fabrikbetrieb202212813819labour ProductivityLow-cost TechnologyMachine OperationMachine ProductivityProductivity AnalysisSensorgestützte Analyse der Maschinenbedienung in der KleinserienfertigungJournal Article10.1515/zwf-2022-1175Journal Article
