This paper presents the explorative development and validation of a laboratory experiment assessing nudges against agile teamwork challenges. A systematic literature review identified communication breakdowns among team members as a central, generalizable challenge, informing a decision tree for selecting lab-suitable nudges. Using the Experimental Vignette Methodology, an immersive Home-Office scenario was implemented and tested in a mixed-design laboratory study (n=19) combining think-aloud protocols and questionnaires. Findings on task comprehension inform refinement of the experimental setup for future confirmatory studies.deNudgingBehavioural DesignAgile Product DevelopmentLaboratory ExperimentCollaborationTechnology::600: TechnologyBehavioural design for agile collaboration – Entwicklung eines Laborexperiments für NudgingBehavioral Design for Agile Collaboration – Developing a Laboratory Experiment for NudgingConference Paper10.35199/dfx2026.16
