2023-06-252023-06-25https://tore.tuhh.de/handle/11420/34616Mara Teresa da Silva Madaleno has a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of Aveiro (UA) since 2011, under the subject “Essays on Energy Derivatives Pricing and Financial Risk Management”. Is an effective member of the Research Unit on Governance, Competitiveness and Public Policies (GOVCOPP) and currently lectures Finance and Economics at the undergraduate, graduate MSc and Ph.D. levels as an Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics, Management, Industrial Engineering and Tourism (DEGEIT) at the UA. She is a co-author of scientific articles in peer-reviewed reference journals, books and book chapters in the areas of energy economics, finance, and economics. Her main research interests cover Financial Energy Economics, Energy Financial Markets and Behavior in Finance and Financial Markets. Has entered into research projects as a cooperator. Presently is Director of the Master in Economics (branches of Finance and Company Economics) at the DEGEIT in UA. She is also a member of the Portuguese Economists Order (OE), from IAEE (International Association for Energy Economics), founding partner and member of APEEN (Associação Portuguesa de Economia da Energia; Portuguese Association of Energy Economics).
