Mit einer Investition von 5,2 M€ in innovative Anlagen entsteht im ForLab HELIOS durch die Zusammenarbeit der TUHH und dem CHyN an der UHH eine moderne Infrastruktur zur Erforschung der Co-Integration von Photonik und Mikroelektronik.ForLab HELIOS is one of twelve Research Centers Microelectronics Germany (ForLab), funded by BMBF addressing the development of future electronics. A modern research infrastructure in collaboration between TUHH and CHyN at UHH is established for the co integration of photonics and microelectronics with 5.2 M€ investment in innovative equipement.
