This antenna is the key component that enables angle estimation for a SISO radar by a novel approach on system level. The antenna was simulated, 3D printed using SLA, metallized using the tollens reagenz, and subsequently measured. The measurement results align with the simulation results, achieving a beam squint of 42° across both ports and an S 11 of greater than 10 dB. Using a integrated radar system with 10 GHz bandwidth, this antenna provides a possibility to achieve a range resolution of 15 cm for the radar system, even though this would typically be degraded by the squint effect. This is made possible by utilizing two ports and a waveguide switch that alternates between them.enLeakywave antenna | SISO radar | V-band radarTechnology::600: Technology60GHz leaky-wave antenna design for SISO radar systems with angle estimationConference Paper10.1109/RWS62086.2025.10904842Conference Paper
