The system integrates a 5-axis, <1mm 3-DOF Hall probe for flux mapping in and around the air gap and specifically targets the thermal validation of diverse conductor materials and combinations, including standard profiles, hollow conductors, and novel liquid-cooled Litz wire hollow conductors. This platform bridges the simulation gap, offering critical empirical data for LPTN parameterization and the refinement of high-performance electrical machine metamodels.enhttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/axial-fluxmeasurementtest benchmultiphysicscooling performancehollow conductorlitz wire hollow conductorTechnology::621: Applied Physics::621.3: Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering::621.38: Electronics, Communications EngineeringNatural Sciences and Mathematics::537: Electricity and ElectronicsUnlocking high power density: validating novel conductor topologies and cooling concepts for axial-flux machinesConference Presentationhttps://doi.org/10.15480/882.1695510.15480/882.16955
