We show that electrochemical oxidation of gold leads to CID effect. The increase in collision frequency is determined by in-situ ellipsometric measurements during oxidation of flat single crystal and polycrystalline gold films.enPhysicsElectrical Engineering, Electronic EngineeringChemical interface damping by electrochemical oxidation of goldConference PaperConference Paper
