In a first qualification step for repair and salvage of BLISKs (BLade Integrated DiSKs) by Laser Cladding the static mechanical properties of the laser cladded materials Ti-6Al-4V and Inconel 718 are characterized at their operating temperatures 300°C and 650°C. In a second qualification step the dynamic HCF (High Cycle Fatigue) behaviour of the laser cladded materials is tested on 2D blade mock-ups simulating real blades in the 1C mode. Based on the results achieved within the first and second qualification step the suitable post cladding heat treatments are determined in a third qualification step. Realized repairs and salvages of blade tips and leading edges are demonstrated.enPhysikMechanical properties of the laser cladded alloys TI-6AL-4V and Inconel 718Conference Paper10.2351/1.5060594Other
