This testing platform comprises of the real time simulator developed by OPAL RT and specific monitoring software WinPP104 and PMU Connection Tester for imitating a remote grid control center. This investigation is carried out in the context of the Dyna Grid Control Centre (DGCC) project. The performance of the testing platform has been evaluated by integrating power system models developed in Hypersim, with soft PMUs and virtual RTUs for frequency monitoring and tele control applications. To suggest future development of the testing platform, suggestions for considering cyber physical vulnerabilities of the Operating Technologies (OT) and communication standards have been given.enTesting IEC 60870-5-104 and C37.118 based control center applications using a real time simulation platformConference Paper10.1049/cp.2018.1903Other
