Different anti-reflective (AR) impedance matching layers (IMLs) designed for 3D printing are added to the lens and evaluated based on the reduction of reflections and improvement in gain. The chosen system ensures a reflection coefficient below-20dB and increases the gain by 0.44 dB in simulation.
