I have been a supervisor of 85 Master degree students and 17 doctoral theses. She has also experience in the organization of several workshops and conferences as well as management of several national and international research and teaching projects. The most important scientific achievements: - The first time preparation of NbMCM-41 and discovery of its unique properties in liquid phase epoxidation of olefins. - Development of catalysis on niobium containing zeolites, mesoporous molecular sieves and oxides. - Development of mechanistic study of catalytic liquid phase oxidation. - Identification of reactive oxygen species (ROS) in catalytic oxidation with hydrogen peroxide over transition metals containing catalysts. - Providing new information towards understanding of catalysis on gold. - Conception of new bimetallic catalysts doped by transition metals. - Generation of new acidic and basic centres on zeolites and mesoporous molecular sieves. - Obtaining of catalysts based on Sb-V-Nb active system attractive in the production of acetonitrile and acrylonitrile in ammoxidation of propane and glycerol. - Design of catalysts/adsorbents effective in deodorization. - Development of a strategy for preparation of catalysts useful in the selective oxidation of methanol, based on understanding of the reaction mechanism Publications: 4 books, 8 chapters in books ca 260 papers published in JCR journalsZiolek, Maria
