On a global scale, the effects of fine bubble aeration can be quantified with respect to the mass transfer performance and reaction efficiency of a biocatalytic reaction in a rotating bed reactor (RBR). The successful immobilisation of the enzyme glucose oxidase (GOx) on epoxy-functionalised carriers enables a reuse of the enzymes, which increases the sustainability and total turnover number of biocatalytic reactions significantly.enhttps://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/Enzyme immobilisationfine bubblesbiotechnologyrotating bed reactormultiphase systemsTechnology::660: Chemistry; Chemical Engineering::660.6: BiotechnologyFeinblasen für biokatalytische Prozesse: Mikroskalige Phänomene und neuartige AnwendungenReport10.15480/882.18005
