A hybrid approach combines a sine-squared antenna profile with a discrete step for mode conversion, enabling easier manufacturing while achieving a highly Gaussian radiation characteristic. A V-band antenna is designed, optimized and manufactured. Far-field measurements validate the proposed approach.enAdditive manufacturingGaussian hornPickett-Potter hornTechnology::621: Applied Physics::621.3: Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering3D-printed Pickett-Potter horn with a sine-squared antenna profileConference Paper10.23919/eumc65286.2025.11235212Conference Paper
