Experimental validation is achieved within a silicon Bragg grating waveguide. By generating a fast front of free carriers, we capture and concentrate the energy of a signal wave with reduced group velocity. The presented effect can be utilized to compress signals in time and space.enTechnology::600: TechnologyOn-chip time lens via the optical pushbroom effectConference Paper10.1109/CLEO-PR60912.2024.10676843Conference Paper
