Several thousands of peptides can be screened simultaneously with a minimum of sample volume. Besides the information, if an antibody binds specifically to a peptide, it is of interest in which manner the antibody binds in terms of affinity. Therefor we developed a microfluidic system for the automated incubation of peptide arrays with biological samples. With an optical setup we can characterize the interaction of antibodies and peptides via fluorescence detection.enTechnology::600: TechnologyAutomated microfluidic system with optical set up for the investigation of peptide-antibody-interactions in an array formatConference PaperConference Paper
