Due to the complexity of an organization and process, heuristic decisions, that are a part of intuitive decisions, are applied automatically. Therefore, understanding the decision-making processes especially heuristic decisions in product engineering are a crucial factor to enhance the organization's performance. 7 students who represent different positions from 7 groups of the project IP-Integrated Product Development were interviewed face-to-face and answered questionnaires about the decision-making during the project. 22 types of decisions that have the highest heuristic priority number calculated by frequency, impact, awareness, routine, and systematic are presented. These 22 types of decisions are analyzed in terms of the iPeM model that represents the product development process.
