2023-06-252023-06-25https://tore.tuhh.de/handle/11420/16033Die Zielsetzung des Projektes CERTEV ist die Entwicklung neuer, kosteneffizienter Prüfumgebungen mit Prüfmaschinen und Prüfverfahren abgestimmt auf die Anforderungen der Luftfahrt-Nachweissituationen. Die Entwicklung von Prüfumgebungen mit der gleichzeitigen Überlagerung mehrerer Umwelteinflüsse stellt eine wesentliche Weiterentwicklung der aktuellen separierten Tests dar. Durch die Überlagerung mehrerer Umwelteinflüsse wird eine Reduktion der Prüfzeiten und Kosten sowie gleichzeitig eine Erhöhung der Zuverlässigkeit bei realitätsnäheren Bedingungen erreicht. Neben den Prüfumgebungen sollen Prüfmethoden zum überlagerten Testen entwickelt werden, um die Dauer der physikalischen Tests zu reduzieren und damit auch die Entwicklungszeiten zu verkürzen. Außerdem wird eine virtuelle Prüfumgebung entwickelt, welche die Einflüsse von Temperatur, Feuchte, Vibration und Druck simulieren soll.The objective of the CERTEV project is the development of new, cost-efficient test environments with test rigs and test methods adapted to the requirements of aviation test situations. The development of test environments with combined environmental influences represents a significant improvement of the current separated tests. By superimposing several environmental influences, a reduction in test times and costs as well as an increase in reliability under more realistic conditions is achieved at the same time. In addition to the test environments, test methods for superimposed testing will be developed to reduce the duration of physical tests and thus also reduce development times. Furthermore, a virtual test environment will be evolved to simulate the influences of temperature, humidity, vibration and pressure.
