Die in dieser Arbeit entwickelte Modellierung der Termintreue in Abhängigkeit von ihren Einflussgrößen deckt die Ursachen mangelhafter Termintreue auf und ermöglicht zielgerichtete Veränderungen zur ihrer Verbesserung.Schedule reliability is one of the most important logistic targets in operations management.
