However, practice shows that simply introducing this event is not enough. This paper presents an AI-based analysis method that automatically evaluates communication and interaction patterns using large language models and helps to systematically improve the effectiveness of daily scrum meetings. This makes it possible to systematically analyze key influencing factors such as time management or team participation, identify potential for improvement and derive targeted measures that promote transparency, flexibility, self-organization and the ability to learn.en1436-4921Konstruktion202644650VDI FachmedienTechnology::600: TechnologyComputer Science, Information and General Works::005: Computer Programming, Programs, Data and Security::005.1: ProgrammingEffective daily scrum meetings - an AI-based analysis method for optimizing collaboration among development teams in agile product developmentEffektive Daily Scrum Meetings - eine KI-basierte Analysemethode zur Optimierung der Zusammenarbeit von Entwicklerteams in der agilen ProduktentwicklungJournal Article10.37544/0720-5953-2026-04-46
