Since 2001 active in Germany, I am now contributing to Fraunhofer IME Institute where I conduct screening results analysis, hit expansion and lead optimization work, comprising SBDD and modelling. On the other side, data science application have entered more and more in my focus: so, I have been applying ML and AI methodologies to real and virtual clinical cohorts and methylomes, especially within age and disease prediction efforts.
