Further focal points are the elimination of micro-pollutants in wastewater treatment plants as well as water-appropriate and climate-regulating regenerative agriculture for Central Europe and beyond. The Group “Bioresource Management” conducts research on topics related to the combined material and energetic utilization of residual bioresources in interdisciplinary projects with region-specific implementation. These topics are complemented by "Environmental Robotics".Das Institut forscht als internationaler Vorreiter zu ressourcenorientierten Abwassersystemen mit Rückgewinnung von Wasser, Nährstoffen und Bodensubstraten. Die AG Bioressourcenmanagement forscht zu Themen rund um die kombinierte stoffliche und energetische Verwertung von Reststoff-Bioressourcen in interdisziplinären Projekten mit regional-spezifischer Umsetzung.
