Micro and nano fabrication enable novel devices for advanced accelerators and X-ray based material characterization. In this collaboration project with DESY (Prof. Henry Chapman, Dr. Sasa Bajt) the 2D and 2.5D MEMS technology is synergetically merged with 3D printing for the fabrication of micro injection nozzles for SFX experiments (Serial femtosecond crystallography).
