The focus of the study was set on food waste from households and catering. The potential of the biowaste from both origins is currently not fully exploited, theoretically available in most locations, and suitable as feedstock for the decentralised micro-scale anaerobic digestion facilities, which are the core valorisation unit within DECISIVE.Publicationtype: Technical Report80 220
