Abstract
This method describes the qualitative and quantitative determination of ginsenosides Panaxatriol, Panaxadiol, Rb1, Rd, Rg3, Rh2, Compound K und F2 as well as soyasaponins Aa and Bb extracts after an enzymatic degradation. While identification of saponins or metabolites respectively, contained in the samples, is carried out using an LC-MSTOF system, quantification is performed on an HPLC system, coupled to the Sciex Qtrap 5500 mass spectrometer. Separation is achieved by using a Phenomenex Luna C18(2) column. For evaluation an external calibration is used.
