Abstract
NMR data for publication "A novel method for quantifying enzyme immobilization in porous carriers using simple NMR relaxometry" in Biochemical Engineering Journal.
The data was acquired on a Spinsolve 60 system at the Institute of process imaging. Multiple batches of enzyme carrier with different enzyme loadings were measured. This data is used to validate the NMR pore-filling model described in the paper, which uses NMR relaxometry data to establish a pore-filling ratio which can be used to guide immobilization.
