The goals of the project “ContinuING@TUHH - Science-Practice-Projects as the Basis for the Individual Scientific Further Education of Engineers” were to improve the permeability between vocational and academic education in technical professional fields as well as the accelerated transfer of new technological knowledge into practice. The developed scientific concepts and prototypical formats for scientific further education were further developed and implemented structurally and organizationally with a business model at the TUHH. The final report summarizes the results achieved.
