In situ microscopy for online monitoring of enzyme supports and two-phase systems
In situ microscopy (ISM) is an optical analysis method that allows non-invasive gathering of image information from running processes. It is shown how this analysis technique can be used to determine the mechanical stability of enzyme carriers.
