The project "DigiNet.Air - Network Digital Learning in the Aviation Industry of the Hamburg Metropolitan Region" pursues the goal of supporting and accompanying small and medium-sized companies in the digital structural change. For this, DigiNet.Air develops low-threshold and project-like formats that are directly geared to operational issues, which are intended to support small and medium-sized companies in dealing with Industry 4.0 and Work 4.0 topics. Based on the results of the measures in the project, standardized training and further education modules will be designed. In the sub-project, a didactic concept, parts of the process model, the manual for process analysis and specific didactic solutions for individual SMEs were developed and made available to the network partners.
