This paper describes an approach to simultaneously analyze the labour and machine productivity at machine worksta-tions using low-cost technologies and existing data sources. The concept is based on combining information from different data sources and deriving status information for both the machine and the worker. For this purpose, a web application was developed that allows the analysis to be configured for each use case. The core of the analysis is the recording of defined events by suitable sensors, existing information sources (e. g. machine data collection) and a web app. Within the application, the analysis data is auto-matically processed and visualized. The waiting times per machine and worker are highlighted. In addition, the composition of the waiting times is evaluated. The modular structure and the use of low-cost technologies enable an efficient and economical analysis of machine workplaces.
