In this publication, the introduction of an agile learning process in small and medium-sized companies through the integration of learning coordination is shown together with a combination of scientific support with pracitcal procedures, examples and experiences. It is a framework, thats shows how learning coordination takes act as interfaces between employees of a company as well as the company and external know-how carriers. The framework is characterized by the consideration of the requirements for learning systems in the 21st century, the characteristics of agile learning processes and the practical experience from the DigiNet.Air project. Basically, it is shown that the framework can conceptually meet the requirements of companies for modern training offers.
