A new tribometer (called "RWDR-Tribometer") for the simulation of the tribological processes in the sealing zone of rotary shaft seals has been presented during the International Conference BALTTRIB'2009 [1]. Now a dynamical standard test with the RWDR-Tribometer shall be introduced which allows a comparison of the relation between different oils interacting with one elastomer as well as different elastomers interacting with one oil.
