In order to improve the studyability and quality of the study programmes for teachers at vocational schools, elaborated digitisation concepts are considered forward-looking (cf. Pengel et al. 2017). In addition to the well-known paradigm of decoupling time and space dependency through online-based distance learning phases, this article explains how learning opportunities from different fields of study in vocational teacher training are brought together through selected (digital) offer and work structures on a common learning, work and network environment, the platform plabs, in order to promote the coherence of learning opportunities in teacher training and the interdisciplinary cooperation of teachers and students.
