European Microwave Association. A dual-polarized X-band antenna module for a maritime navigational phased array radar is introduced as part of a dual-band array. The module is comprised of three column arrays with five patch antennas each. The design of layer stack, unit cell, and distribution network is detailed. Measurement data and simulation results are presented. The antennas contained on the module achieve up to 10.3 dBi gain.
