Students of vocational teacher training often have particular professional biographies that go hand in hand with specific requirements for their studies. These requirements must be addressed in order to attract more students to the vocational teaching profession and to prevent students from dropping out. The flexibilisation of studies through digitally supported teaching, which also takes up the transformation processes of Work 4.0, plays a decisive role.
