A new, LMI-based approachto robust multimodel controller design is presented. Following a short review of graphical parameter space design and recent results on robust state feedback control, it is shown how robust state feedback can be realized by means of fast output sampling when the full state is not available for feedback. The proposed method is illustrated by a practical design example and experimental results. © Oldenbourg Verlag.
